Stephen Zarick, President, has been a professional in sales,  technology, logistics and international business for over 20 years. 

Stephen lives in Louisville, Kentucky USA. He is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana; with undergraduate degrees in Business, International Business, Arabic and Middle Eastern studies.  Stephen is Lebanese American.

Stephen has been a business owner since 1989. He has studied Arabic and Portuguese, but he is not fluent.  He has been to Brazil numerous times on business trips.  Stephen has represented Brazilian companies.

Stephen has started several companies in the US. He also sold his former company to a NASDAQ traded telecom company.

Stephen is active in his community, and is a single father of 3 boys.

Michelle Platt, Enterprise Account Manager.  Michelle comes to us from major accounts sales in the enterprise space with such companies as MCI and PSI,net.  Having major account responsibilities such as FedEx in Memphis, TN, Michelle is no stranger to your outside field sales needs.  Michelle is one of our managers of enterprise call teams.  Michelle prides herself on customer satisfaction and prospecting skills. Michelle is parent to two accomplished teenage children.

Eileen Legler, Enterprise Account Manager.  Eileen is a member of our core team of professionals that manage our accounts. Eileen has much experience in sales around the SMB and enterprise space.  She has a great understanding of how to Identify, Gain Access, and then how to conduct executive level conversations.  This knowledge is used to train, manage, and mature our sales teams.  Eileen strives for 100% customer satisfaction. Eileen is a mother of two active children.

Eileen Walters, New Business Development.  Eileen Walters joined the VO Group team after years as a sales manager, and business development manager for a variety of companies involved in the SMB and enterprise space. Eileen has an understanding of passive and active marketing dollar spend whether trade shows or lead generation.  Eileen is a member of our Jump Start the Channel effort.  Eileen is a busy mother of two talented teenage children

Walter Abbamonte, Consultant, native of Sao Paulo, Brazil

Prior to joining VO group as a consultant, Walter supported start-up companies with the crafting of business plans, strategic planning, and the creation of prospective financial statements for venture capital proposals.

Walter has also worked as a Project Manager for various initiatives involving major global clients.  Walter’s industry experience includes: Chemical, Health Care, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, and Utilities.

He also possesses extended multicultural experience, working with a diverse client pool across the Americas, including prior experience in the country of Brazil.

He holds an MBA with concentration in entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Arts degree, both from the University of Louisville.

Walter is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
